Willie Griffin Founder & Principal Consultant
Willie is a retired U.S. Air Force veteran and credentialed HR executive holding an SPHR, PMP, Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, and dual master's degrees in Human Resource Management and I/O Psychology. He brings active Fortune 1 HR leadership experience as a People Partner at Walmart, giving Abstract Consulting a rare combination of enterprise-scale best practices and the agility of a boutique firm.
Tontrisha Griffin Co-Founder & IT Consultant
Tontrisha is a retired U.S. Air Force veteran with expertise in information technology consulting and organizational operations, supporting Abstract Consulting's technology-facing engagements and internal capability development.
