Abstract Consulting & Management is a veteran-owned business. The company's founder Willie Griffin is a retired US Air Force veteran with over 10 years of experience in Human Resources and Management. Prior to starting ACM Willie held several roles in the Air Force such as Leadership and Development Consultant, Senior Diversity and Inclusion Manager. In addition, Willie also worked as a Human Resources Manager/People Partner for Walmart Supply Chain. To accompany his many years of work experience, Mr. Griffin earned his MA in Human Resource Management and BS in Management from the George Herbert Walker School of Business & Technology at Webster University. Willie's professional certifications include Senior Professional HR, Project Management Professional, Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, and Diversity & Inclusion.
